General Refund Principles
- Deposits/Retainers: All initial deposits or retainers paid to secure our services and book time on our calendar are non-refundable.
- Work Commenced: Once work has begun on a project (e.g., initial consultation held, footage ingested, social media audit completed, tasks assigned to a VA), no refunds will be issued, except as specifically outlined below.
- Client Responsibility: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by a lack of client communication, failure to provide necessary assets or information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- Satisfaction Guarantee & Revisions: We aim for your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the service provided, we will make reasonable revisions or adjustments in line with the original project scope of work.
Specific Service Refund Conditions1. Video Production and Editing Services
- Before Work Begins: A full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit/retainer and any transaction fees, may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided no editing or pre-production work has commenced.
- After Work Begins: Once editing begins, no refunds will be issued. We will, however, offer a specified number of correction rounds or re-edits as detailed in your service agreement to address quality concerns.
- Technical Issues: If the final deliverable has clear technical errors caused by our company that cannot be corrected, a partial refund or credit for future services may be considered. Refunds are not given for personal preference regarding editing style, shot composition, or minor creative disagreements not covered in the original scope.
2. Virtual Assistance (VA) and Social Media Management (SMM) Services
For monthly packages, a refund minus an administrative fee may be requested within 24 hours of the first payment if no work has started. No refunds are available for services already rendered or time blocked. Refunds are not issued based on performance metrics. Any digital products provided are non-refundable once accessed.
